  • Use most effective meditation practices and techniques from the world’s top meditation teachers and scientific research including: Thich Nhat Hanh’s and his Sangha, Ven. Pa Auk Sayadaw, H.H. the Dalai Lama, Ven. Matthieu Ricard, Ajahn Brahm and other well-known Buddhist teachers in addition to the latest research on mindfulness as integrative mental health therapy. You will learn the most effective, powerful combination of these practices, and how they can be applied to find fulfillment in the most important areas of your life.
