In this Calm and Confident Mind Challenge, you will be challenged with practicing a mindfulness-based meditation every day for 14 days and sharing your experience in the community. Both the practice of meditation and sharing your practice with the community are essential aspects of this community challenge, and you will need to participate fully to get the full benefits of the practice.
