Calm and Confident Mind Challenge

Establishing a Practice

Today, we’re going to focus on fully engaging with the meditation practice. This means allowing yourself to feel any emotions that arise, noticing any thoughts, and then gently returning to the sensation of the breath. To do this effectively, we need to strike a balance between acknowledging our feelings with compassion and non-judgment, and then letting them go to come back to the breath. Ultimately, this practice requires us to prioritize the sensation of breathing as our anchor.
