Mindfulness in Daily Life (Part 1): Cleaning Meditation!

 

Today you will be tasked with a Mindfulness in Daily Life practice of, mindful washing dishes, or picking up the belongings of a room. If these activities are part of your daily work, turn your daily work into the challenge practice for the day! Yes, it is real meditation!

 

Homework:

1. 15min sitting meditation

2. Set aside 15min. for a cleaning meditation (See video above)
