Whether you’re hoping to feel more grounded and confident at work or at home, are new to meditation, or are a seasoned practitioner, this challenge will help you establish a daily practice that will anchor you in a sense of calm and confidence you can bring with you into your day. Each day, you'll receive new course material, including videos, guided meditations, and tips for success.
