Today, Dr. William teaches us how to use Growth Mindset to turn a slip-up into valuable data, and how to create an "If/Then Plan" to navigate obstacles before they happen.

Homework:

Create a plan for an Obstacle:

'If I am too tired to do my full workout, Then I will just do two minutes of stretching.'

'If I get distracted by emails in the morning, Then I will close my laptop for 5 minutes at lunch to reset.'
