In this webinar, I share insights on mindfulness as a powerful tool for stress reduction and mental fitness. We discuss how our minds often operate in a default mode that can lead to anxiety and negative emotions, and I introduce mindfulness as a skill that can help us cultivate a calmer and more confident mindset. I encouraged participants to engage with their own experiences of meditation and mindfulness, and we practiced a focused attention meditation together.
