In this 7-Day Challenge, I challenge you to leave your voice of self-criticism behind and embark on a journey of mindful and intuitive eating with me as your guide.

How are we going to do this?

Each day, I’ll walk you through the process of cultivating a kinder relationship with your body with a daily mindful eating practice rooted in self-compassion, kindness, and enjoyment (rather than fear!) of food.

You'll do one Mindful Eating exercise a day for 7 days and experience more pleasure, joy, happiness as you incorporate mindful eating your everyday life.

Every day of the challenge you will receive an email filled with your daily mindful eating exercise, writing prompts, and videos. Everything you need to start healing your relationship with your body.
