How are we going to do this?
Each day, I’ll walk you through the process of cultivating a kinder relationship with your body with a daily intuitive eating practice rooted in self-compassion, kindness, and enjoyment (rather than fear!) of food.
You'll do one Intuitive Eating exercise a day for 7 days and experience more pleasure, joy, happiness as you incorporate intuitive eating your everyday life.
Every day of the challenge you will receive an email filled with your daily practices, recipes, writing prompts, and videos. Everything you need to start healing your relationship with your body.
